Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Timbra Arlington Heights Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Provided
Timbra Arlington Heights Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For emergency services, different terms may apply.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has clear access to the work area and that any obstacles, vehicles, or valuable items are removed from the vicinity. You must also ensure that all necessary permits have been obtained before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that were not identified before work commenced.
Liability and Insurance
Timbra Arlington Heights Tree Service maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to property or utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to service. We are not responsible for the condition of trees after service if you decline recommended treatments or maintenance.
Warranty and Guarantees
We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. Any warranties on specific services will be provided in writing at the time of service.
Emergency Services
Emergency tree services are provided on an as-available basis. While we make every effort to respond quickly to emergencies, response times may vary depending on weather conditions, crew availability, and the number of emergency calls received. Emergency services may be subject to premium pricing.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration as permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
